Have a Good Sleep for Joyous Day

I was one of the teenagers who didn’t spend much time on this thing called sleep. I used to play my favorite video game or chat with my friends on my mobile; because night is the favorable time for such things. All I required is sacrifice my sleep for that night; and the very next day I used to get punished for sleeping during class hours. I see many people around me; enjoying the night and sleeping in morning. Recently I have seen an article online about the importance of sleep to our system. That is really good and I’m trying to change my life style though it is very difficult. The following are some of the points from that article.

Sleep is an important factor of daily life. It is as involuntary as your heart’s beat or eye’s wink. It is brain’s wish on when to sleep. It does not care for anybody or anything when it slowly starts conquering you.

Our brain is just like any ordinary battery in terms of recharging. Everyday we think of so many things in the day, and our brain is not structured for such heavy load, any time.

When you try to avoid sleep forcibly, it returns in adverse affects to your health, performance, alertness, eyes, memory, etc.

So never try to take on sleep unless you are in a class room or a meeting.
