Detroit’s Auto Show: The Good And The Bad

The auto show of Detroit is going good with the Brand New cars’ tempting the eyes of many motor lovers and rising confidence of the industry’s big players.

I should say that it is the show of survival rather than the show of the industry. Apart from the shining cars, there were gloomy faces of the car makers, which stayed up to be drawing attention in the show.

Especially, it was the Big Three, who came up with new strategies to rise up the confidence of the investors and the consumers, so that they would stay in the business for the next year too.

This year is very crucial because after the fall in sales of auto industry to 18% the previous year, analysts say that the plummet is likely to continue.

Another highlight of the show was the “Green” chanting by all those who participated in the show. Even Ford emphasized its plans for electric vehicles this year.
