Volkswagen, a prominent auto manufacturing company is going to launch a new 1.4 L petrol variant of VW Vento in India. Volkswagen is going to launch in order to capture the larger share of the Indian auto market.
It’s new model Vento is going to take part in competition with cars like Ford Fiesta, Fiat Linea, Tata Indigo Manza and Cheverolet Aveo. The price of this is car is expected to be nearly 8.5 lakh. This model has 1.4 litre four cylinder petrol engine, by which 85 bhp of maximum power is produced and it has 135 nm of maximum torque. According to officials, the quality of the fuel which is available in India is of lower quality while compared to the other countries, this may effect the car in the long run. Because of this problem VW installed an indirect fuel injection system to face such problem.
In this way Volkswagen is going to launch it’s new model according to Indian customers.
