Large kidney stones can be easily broken by using ultrasonic frequencies but this is not much effective so, nanorobots break stones using small laser.
7. Nanorobots fight against cancer
These robots fight cancer. Cancer is successfully treated with current medical therapy tools and technologies. The important point to be noted is early diagnosis and and successful drug delivery for decreasing the side effects of chemotherapy. Nanorobots with chemical bio-sensors are used for detection of tumor cells in early stages and to find intensity of signals integrated nano-sensors are used.

These robots can prevent damage caused by comparatively clumsy scalpels by working at cellular level.
Disadvantages
Apart from the wonders that nanorobots create, there are disadvantages: clustering of nanorobots causes harm; installation and maintenance cost is high as well.
