Water is natural gift given by god and we get the water in Mother Nature. So many reasons to drink plenty of water each day.   • Amount of water a person needs varies depending on his or her weight and activity level. For example 70 kg people need to take minimum 2.3 liters per day. So drink the water as maximum as possible. Because it regulate metabolism and purify you body.

  • Use purified water because its good for your health and also it taste good and may help make drinking water more appealing to you.

  • No need to o buy expensive bottled water only you drink purified water. So maximize to drink the water today onwards.
  • Drinking a full glass of water first thing in the morning helps wake the body up. So kick-start your day with water!
  • Measure your daily intake of water. Do this for a few days you find less than the recommended quantity then you carry water with you everywhere you go in a bottle.
  • Try to stay away from flavored drinks and cool drinks instead of it to drink lemon water or add limes to your water, it makes it taste better and makes you want to drink more of it. Be careful not to make it too sour, just a splash of sourness should do the trick.
